  • New Student Registration: July 18-19, 2026

IIT Bombay

IIT Bombay initiated its MBA application process on January 01, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The application window will remain open until January 31, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Key dates include:

  • Application Deadline: January 31, 2026
  • Fee Payment Deadline: February 01, 2026, at 5:00 PM
  • Interview Dates: March 05, 2026 – March 08, 2026
  • Final Selection List Dates: To be announced

Eligibility Criteria for MBA Programmes

IIT Delhi

To be eligible for the MBA programme at IIT Delhi, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • A bachelor’s degree of at least three years duration after completing 10+2 from a recognized university or institution.
  • A minimum of 60% aggregate marks or 6.00 CGPA on a 10-point scale. SC, ST, and PwD candidates are eligible for a relaxation to 55% or 5.50 CGPA.
  • Final-year students and candidates awaiting results can also apply, subject to provisional admission conditions.

Additionally, IIT Delhi offers an MBA in Telecommunication Systems Management. Eligibility for this programme includes bachelor’s degrees in engineering, technology, sciences, commerce, economics, CA, or ICWA, with a minimum of four years of education where applicable.

IIT Bombay

The MBA programme at IIT Bombay’s Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management requires candidates to qualify in CAT 2025 and meet the academic eligibility criteria set by the institute. Applicants must submit individual applications for CAT and the IIT Bombay MBA programme, as IIMs do not participate in SJMSOM’s selection process.

For IIT Delhi, the tuition fee for Indian citizens is Rs. 12.00 lakh for the full MBA programme, payable across four semesters. For the 2025–2027 batch, general, OBC, and EWS students paid Rs. 3,00,000 per semester as tuition, along with other charges and institute residence fees. SC, ST, and PwD students were exempted from tuition fees but paid other applicable charges.
