The IPM is a unique program that combines undergraduate and postgraduate management education. It is structured as follows:

Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will be awarded:

  • Bachelor of Arts (Foundations of Management)

Students who choose to exit after the first three years will receive a Bachelor of Arts (Foundations of Management) degree.

Internships and Practical Learning

To enhance practical learning and exposure, the IPM program includes two mandatory internships:

  • A business internship between Years 4 and 5

These internships are designed to develop leadership qualities and strengthen managerial skills through hands-on learning experiences.

Selection Procedure

The selection of candidates will be based on their performance in two stages:

  1. Aptitude Test (AT)
  2. Personal Interview (PI)

It is important to note that candidates must appear for both the Aptitude Test and the Personal Interview to be considered for selection.

Aptitude Test Details

The Aptitude Test is tentatively scheduled for May 4, 2026 (Monday) from 2 PM to 4 PM. It will be conducted in 39 cities across India. The test will consist of three sections:

  • Quantitative Ability (Multiple Choice Questions – MCQ)
  • Quantitative Ability (Short Answer Questions – SA)
  • Verbal Ability (Multiple Choice Questions – MCQ)

Each section will last 40 minutes, and candidates will receive 4 marks for each correct answer. There is a negative marking of 1 mark for incorrect answers, except in the Quantitative Ability (SA) section, which has no negative marking.

Personal Interview Process

Candidates who achieve positive raw scores and meet the minimum cut-off marks in all three sections of the Aptitude Test will be shortlisted for the Personal Interview. The cut-off marks will be determined by the Admissions Committee and may vary by category.

The Personal Interview will be conducted in either online or offline mode, as communicated by the Institute. The Admissions Committee will evaluate candidates based on consistency and minimum performance across various interview parameters.

Final Selection and Intake

A category-wise merit list will be prepared based on a Composite Score (CS) calculated as follows:
