Remuneration
The remuneration for these positions is as follows:
- Manager: Up to INR 100,000 per month (Consolidated)
- Assistant Manager: Up to INR 75,000 per month (Consolidated)
Age Limit
Candidates must be below 45 years of age as of the date of application.
Program Executive/Associate – Fundraising
Qualifications and Experience
For the Program Executive position in Fundraising, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in business administration, science & technology, economics, social work, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, or business development, preferably in non-profit or startup ecosystems.
- Strong communication, proposal writing, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in securing corporate sponsorships, CSR funds, government grants, and other funding sources is desirable.
Remuneration
The remuneration for the Program Executive – Fundraising position is up to INR 40,000 to INR 60,000 per month (Consolidated).

Program Executive/Associate – Marketing

For the Program Executive position in Marketing, candidates must fulfill the following requirements:
