This initiative has streamlined student and textbook data, successfully identifying and eliminating 10 lakh non-existent student records, which resulted in savings of Rs 40 crore on 60 lakh textbooks.
In addition, IIT Bhilai has initiated 54 tribal development projects across the country, with a total outlay of Rs 19 crore, utilizing advanced deep-tech solutions to address various community challenges.
