- Sanjay J from VIT University Chennai: His project focused on Smart and Resilient Supply Chains.
- Aryan Singh from Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur: He developed a project in the Adoption of Industry 4.0 and 5.0 in the MSME ecosystem.
- Kartik Gulabrao Panzade from MIT College of Engineering, Pune: His idea was centered around low-carbon footprint solutions and technologies.
Competitive Categories
This year’s hackathon included a highly competitive category titled ‘Stealth, Surveillance, and Cyber Defence Technologies’. Two researchers from DTU were awarded Rs 15 lakh each for their innovative projects:
- Anshul Sharma: A start-up founder at the DTU Incubator, he was recognized for his ‘Flying Wing VTOL UAV System’. This system features a 150-kilometre range and an automated docking station capable of deploying four drones, complete with auto-fuelling, charging, and AI-based surveillance.
- Chitwan Tejan: He was honored for his project on ‘Drone Forensics’, which addresses emerging vulnerabilities and challenges in drone security and post-incident forensic analysis.

The MSME Hackathon was launched in 2022 and has seen a steady increase in participation and approved ideas each year. The number of approved ideas has grown significantly:

- Hackathon 2.0: 276 ideas
