Bhubaneswar: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bhubaneswar is on a decisive path to becoming a significant semiconductor hub in India, as highlighted by Odisha’s Electronics & Information Technology (E&IT) Minister Mukesh Mahaling during the institute’s 18th Foundation Day celebration.

During the event, Minister Mahaling emphasized the institute’s commitment to high-end research and innovation, stating, “IIT Bhubaneswar is deeply involved in high-end research, innovation, and exchange of ideas with industry, and is now moving decisively towards becoming a Power Semiconductor Hub.”

- SicSem Semiconductor Unit
