MoHUA, IIT Kanpur Launch Second Cohort of Clean-Tech Startups
The Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), in collaboration with the Startup Incubation and Innovation Centre (SIIC) at IIT Kanpur, has officially launched the second cohort of clean-tech startups under the Swachh Bharat Mission–Urban (SBM-U). This initiative was announced during the Swachhata Startup Conclave held in New Delhi.

This new cohort comprises 32 innovative startups focused on clean technology, building on the achievements of the first cohort, which successfully scaled 20 startups to a collective valuation of Rs 5 billion and generated over 2,000 jobs.
