IIT Madras Introduces Semester-Long Internships for BTech Students

Chennai, December 29, 2025 – In a significant move aimed at enhancing industry exposure for its undergraduate students, the Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT-M) has announced a new academic structure that will allow BTech, BS, and dual degree students to undertake internships for an entire semester starting from the next academic year.
